We understand the importance of cleanliness, and while basic cleaning of the grill is performed, we kindly ask each guest to assist in maintaining its cleanliness before and after use. Your cooperation ensures a pleasant experience for all our guests.

To maintain a fresh and clean environment for all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises, with a $1000 fee imposed for violations. Additionally, we regret to inform you that pets, including service or emotional support animals, are not allowed due to host allergies.

For your convenience, we provide essential supplies such as trash bags, dishwasher, and washer detergents for the initial days of your stay. However, please note that propane for grilling is not provided. You can easily refill out tank at nearby stores like Walmart or Home Depot if needed.

Pool heater available November – April. No extra charge for pool heater. Pool heater may raise the temperature by 20-25 degrees at most as long as the outside temperature remains above the 60F. When the outdoor temperature drops below 45 F pol heater operation is not possible as not enough heat in the air to warm the pool. The warmer the air and the more humid the air, the more heat is available for heating your pool. The ideal or rated condition for the heat pump is 80F air temperature, 80% relative humidity, and 80F water temperature. Under ideal conditions, heat pump should raise your pool temperature 1 F. per hour. As air temperature and humidity decrease, performance will also decrease.

For guests considering a late check-out, kindly note that a fee is applicable after 10 am, and host approval is required for extended stays/late check-out. We strive to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
